Our Story
It didn’t start in a boardroom. It started with a wooden block — and a promise that colour this bold shouldn’t stay in one corner of the world.
Rang means colour in Hindi — the full, fearless spectrum of it. Rose, for the warmth and beauty we wanted to wrap around everything we make.
Together, they’re a promise: nothing we sell will ever be quiet.
Every piece starts the way it has for generations — teak wood carved by hand, dipped in dye, and pressed into fabric one stamp at a time.
No machine repeats a pattern exactly. No two totes are perfectly identical. That isn’t a flaw. That’s the point.
Print with personality — wherever you carry it.
We work directly with printers and artisans in Rajasthan, India — people who have spent their lives perfecting block print, the same craft that has supported their families for years.
When you buy from Rose & Rang, that purchase goes back to those hands — not a middleman warehouse.
We started small on purpose — 40 pieces, not 4,000 — because we’d rather you own something made with care than something made in bulk.
As we grow, that won’t change. Every new print still begins with the same wooden block, the same hands, and the same colour that refuses to be dull.
This is not fast fashion. This is not mass production. This is print with personality — wherever you carry it.

Waffle cotton, hand-block printed — the kind of robe that makes a Tuesday morning feel a little more like a ritual.
Carried by hand, printed by hand — safari, floral, and garden motifs stamped one press at a time, so no two totes wear the same story.

Help · Shipping & Returns
Orders are packed with care and ship after checkout. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout so you see the full cost before you pay.
Because every piece is hand block printed in small batches, please allow a little extra time for your order to leave our hands — craft is not same-day warehouse speed, and that is intentional.

Most Rose & Rang pieces are designed for everyday ease. Use this guide before you order — we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Our bathrobes are offered in a generous free size cut — relaxed through the body with a belt to adjust. Ideal if you prefer an easy, wrap-style fit rather than a tailored one.
One size unless noted on the product. Pouch sets include multiple sizes in the set so you can nest them for travel or everyday organisation.
Tell us what you are buying and how you plan to use it — we will help you choose the right piece before you check out.
Ask usHelp · Care Instructions
Hand block prints are living colour. Gentle care protects the artisan dye work and keeps your piece beautiful for years.
Prefer a cool, gentle hand wash or a delicate machine cycle. Wash similar colours together the first few times.
Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh stain removers — they can fade hand-printed colour.
Air dry in shade when you can. High heat can stress natural fibres and soften the crispness of a print.
Iron on the reverse at a medium setting if needed. A light press keeps totes and robes looking fresh.
